Refund policy
Thank you for supporting Emily Pope Harris Fine Art + Installations. All of our artworks are created with care and attention to detail, and due to the custom nature of our commissions and limited collection pieces, we do not offer refunds or returns.
Commissioned Pieces
Each commissioned artwork is uniquely created for you and tailored to your specifications. Once a commission is confirmed and the deposit is paid, the project is considered in progress.
- Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission and schedule it on our calendar.
- Payments: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork.
- No Refunds: Deposits and payments for commissioned artworks are non-refundable.
- Approvals & Updates: We provide updates during the creative process to ensure your vision is captured. Your feedback is welcome, but once the work is completed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Collection Pieces
All artwork purchased from Emily’s collection is considered final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on collection pieces.

If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you to address the issue.
Shipping Issues
Emily Pope Harris Fine Art + Installations takes care in packaging all artworks. If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis.
By placing an order for a commissioned piece or a collection artwork, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and support for the unique and handcrafted nature of Emily’s work.
