We take great care in packaging and shipping every artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Shipping timelines vary depending on the type of artwork, its size, and customization.

Commissioned Artwork

Each commissioned piece is made-to-order and shipped once completed.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for commissioned pieces are calculated and included before your estimate is finalized, so you’ll know the total upfront.
  • Processing & Completion: Commissioned artworks are created according to your specifications. Production times vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Your estimated completion date will be provided when the commission is confirmed.
  • Shipping Timeline: Once your artwork is complete, it will typically be shipped within 3–7 business days, depending on size and destination. Large or custom pieces may require special shipping arrangements and longer lead times.
  • Packaging: All commissioned pieces are carefully packaged to protect against damage during transit.

Collection / Ready-to-Ship Artwork

Collection pieces are shipped promptly after purchase.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated and applied at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork.

  • Processing Time: Collection artworks are generally shipped within 1–5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Packaging: Each piece is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reputable carriers to ensure safe delivery. Large or custom pieces may require shipping via a freight carrier or specialized art shipping service.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs, customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. Emily Pope Harris Fine Art + Installations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
