Online Store Terms

Products & Services
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or discontinue any offering at any time.
Due to the custom, artistic, and handcrafted nature of our work, variations in color, tone, texture, and finish are natural and expected. These variations are not considered defects.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
Full payment or a required deposit must be received before orders are processed or scheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom Work & Commissions
Custom finishes, installations, and fine art commissions are subject to the following terms:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure scheduling and begin work
- All custom and commissioned sales are final
- Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on scope and conditions
- Samples and mock-ups are provided as a guide and may not be an exact representation of the final result
Clients acknowledge that all finishes are handcrafted and inherently variable. Approval of samples or design direction constitutes acceptance of the overall aesthetic, including variation in movement, tone, and texture.
Site Conditions & Installation
Clients are responsible for ensuring that project sites are properly prepared prior to installation, including appropriate surfaces, access, and environmental conditions.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or additional costs resulting from site conditions beyond our control.
Deposits, Scheduling & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure project scheduling. Project dates are not confirmed until a deposit is received.
Cancellations of custom projects may result in forfeiture of deposit and reimbursement for any materials, time, or labor already incurred.
Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
If a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within [X] days of delivery with documentation of the damage.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, artwork, text, and designs—is the property of Emily Pope Harris Fine Art + Installations and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Photography & Portfolio Use
We reserve the right to photograph and document completed work for portfolio, marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
